We bought our travel trailer brand new 5 months ago and found several things wrong with it after we got it home. We made the dealer aware of it and were told that Lance has a great Warranty, and they would take care of it.
It's now 5 months later and the warranty repair center is still waiting on parts to arrive, but the communication with Lance has completely stopped. When we bought it we thought we had done our research to pick the right manufacture representing good quality, well-built, higher end and backed by a great company. Instead, we have received the worst service and a company that doesn't take care of their customers; if this was a new car we would have returned it and gone with another manufacture. We have started bombarding the Lance Customer service department with emails trying to light a fire under their seats, but doesn't seam like it's working.
Next we might have to hire a lawyer and sue Lance for lost trips, pain and suffering. This just shouldn't happen!!!! If you claim your product is one of the best made, back it up with service to show it.
I guarantee Airstream doesn't have complaints like this. I recommend going with another manufacture you'll probably save money and get better service.
